Whether you are new to Yoga or have been practicing for a year, one to one sessions are a great way to deepen your practice, understanding and knowledge of your yoga journey. Yoga means different things to different people, so I design each class especially for your individual needs on your individual days – it is a very relaxed and safe environment for your to learn, grow and soften in your practice both external with the physical body and internally with the mind and soul.

My specially designed sessions will be created for you. Focusing on what your body and mind need to get the most out of your practice.
During your free consultation we will discuss anything and everything you have queries about and discover what we can do together for you to make the most out of these sessions.
My classes are not only affordable but you have the option of staying in the comfort of your own home so you can practice in an environment where you feel comfortable and safe.
Yoga is my medicine and I want to share the benefits to as many people as I can, I also want yoga to be accessible to everyone and this is the reason my rates are so affordable and fair! The sessions are 1 hour and I can incorporate Yoga, Thai Massage and Meditation!
